Boxing
In this class, you’ll groove to the rhythm of perfect footwork, master the dance of shadowboxing, unleash your power on the heavy bag, and hit the bullseye with target mitts. But that’s just the beginning!
Not only will you learn to float like a butterfly and sting like a bee, but you’ll also torch calories, kiss stress goodbye, and level up your overall fitness.
Kickboxing & Savate
Invented in the 18th century, Savate is a French style of Kickboxing that can be described as fencing with the feet.
Front, side, roundhouse, hook, ax, back, spin – we’ve got all the kicks covered and more! It’s like an exciting journey of kicks waiting for you.
But that’s not all. This class is your ultimate full-body workout, igniting every muscle. It’s not just about kicking and punching; it’s about enhancing coordination, boosting flexibility, shedding those extra pounds, and gaining self-discipline.
Muay Thai
Muay Thai is a fighting style that originates from Thailand. The word “Muay” translates to “combat”. So, if you’re looking for a full-contact sport, this one is for you.
Just like Kickboxing, Muay Thai is a combination of hands and legs. But Muay Thai takes it a step further by including knees and elbows.

ABSOLUTELY. We teach you to control your movements when you work with a partner. You walk out of the gym feeling fresh and invigorated, not beat up and defeated.
Teens
Calling all 14 to 17-year-olds, this one’s just for you!
This class offers the same great learning experience as the adult class but with peers your age. Master the jab, cross, hook, and uppercut. Learn the art of blocking, parrying, dodging, sticking, moving, and using your natural talents to outsmart opponents.
Get stronger, faster, and more confident in no time. Join for competition, self-discovery, self-defense, friendship, fitness, or just pure fun!
Kids
It’s never too early to introduce your kids to the world of boxing. Our program covers punching, kicking, and blocking, all while having a great time. They’ll work on the heavy bag, master mitt drills, and engage in fun yet skill-building exercises.
Our classes are designed to entertain your kiddos while teaching them essential life skills. It’s not just about the physical aspect; it’s about discipline, respect, and self-discovery.
We’ll develop their hand-eye coordination, sharpen focus, and build inner mental strength, self-esteem, and confidence. And rest assured, we focus on self-defense and responsible use of their skills.
