ABOUT BFS BOXING

A Philosophy Of Teaching

We believe there is beauty in doing things well. In repeating a movement until it feels effortless. In learning not only where to place your hands and feet, but why. Technique isn't about perfection. It's about building habits that allow you to move with confidence, precision, and purpose. Whether you're with us for a single session or for years to come, every exercise is an opportunity to become a little better than you were yesterday.

HALL OF FAME COACH

Ali Rezgui

Savate, the noble martial art of France, is where Coach Ali's journey began. Drawn to its precision and technical depth, he quickly rose through the ranks to become French Champion at a young age.

His curiosity for the sport led him to compete in full-contact, kickboxing, and Muay Thai, while discovering an equally rewarding passion for teaching.

Today, after decades spent coaching students of every level, he continues to share the same enthusiasm that first brought him into the sport. Whether you're stepping into a gym for the first time or preparing for competition, you'll receive the same care, attention, and encouragement.

"Forty Years In The Ring Have Taught Me One Thing"

"Boxing isn't about becoming the toughest person in the room. It's about becoming a little better every time you train. Technique before power. Consistency before intensity. Respect before everything else."

- ALI REZGUI

For The Love Of The Noblest Of Sports

Boxing has never been solely about fighting. Nor has it ever been about throwing the perfect punch. It's about discovering what you're capable of through patience, practice, and perseverance. It sharpens the body, challenges the mind, and teaches lessons that extend far beyond the ring. That's why, to us, it has always been one of the noblest of sports.
