(Ages 6-13)

Through fun, structured classes, children build coordination, confidence, and solid fundamentals that stay with them long after they leave the gym.

Teens

(Ages 14-17)

Designed to challenge and inspire, our teen classes develop coordination, athleticism, confidence, and respect while teaching authentic techniques.
